Sanhua Micro-Channel Displayed Innovative Products at 2022 AHR Expo

From Jan. 30 to Feb. 2, one of the biggest Expos in HVAC&R industry—AHR Expo was held in Las Vegas. Though the number of exhibitors and purchasers was 55% of that in last year due to Covid-19, the Expo still had an exciting atmosphere.

In May, 2021, the International Energy Agency’s (IEA) released its Net Zero Emissions (NZE) Roadmap - named ‘Net Zero by 2050’. Energy saving and optimizing efficiencies has been one of the major trends in HVAC&R industry. The Micro-Channel heat exchangers is widely recognized in this industry due to its compact design, high energy efficiency and prospects of going carbon-neutral.

In AHR Expo, Sanhua Micro-Channel displayed A-Coil heat exchanger used in household heat pump system (also called “home A-Coil heat exchanger”), OPTIFLOWTM evaporator, 2nd-generation TCP Condenser, CO2 gas cooler and other products. Among those, for their application of innovative and eco-friendly technologies, home A-Coil heat exchanger and OPTIFLOWTM evaporator caught the eyes of purchasers. Home A-Coil heat exchanger solves the imbalance of coolant’s flow for the whole system and performs excellently in testing. OPTIFLOWTM evaporator is the double-system commercial heat exchanger developed by Sanhua Micro-Channel and contributes a new solution for improving commercial units’ energy efficiency.

In this Expo, Sanhua Micro-Channel also held a promotion for the technology of OPTIFLOWTM evaporator. The technological team of Sanhua made a lot of preparations and provided useful information for the audience. The technological experts and audience went on to a deep discussion. This promotion laid a good foundation for marketing of new series and technology.

The heat exchangers from Sanhua Micro-Channel took high market share in North America. In this Expo, major manufacturers from North America applied Sanhua Mircro-Channel’s heat exchangers in their display products. Some eye-catching commercial rooftop units used the double-system OPTIFLOWTM evaporator.
